When is a signal confirmed?

A signal is confirmed at EnvisageAlgo once the candle has closed, indicating the completion of its time period and the beginning of the next candle.

Mostly they do not repaint once a candle has closed, the data is final. Until a candle is closed, market can do anything which brings in an element of subjectivity. Refer to training guides which will help on how to use it properly in the fast moving markets.

You can manage your account in the “My Account” tab or contact us and we will process your cancellation immediately! All cancellations must be done at least 2 business days before the next billing cycle. Once billing has been done for a term, we will NOT offer refunds. Refer to our cancellation and refund policy.
